Are you a "Fitness Junkie?" Whether you are interested in competing or just love working out and would like to be part of a group of people who love fitness too then consider Team FJ! You do not have to live in the area or compete to be a part of the team, you just have to love fitness! If you do live near by we occasionally do team bonding events as well as team runs and team workouts. 

 Meet the Team

Melissa competes in both fitness and figure. She started training in 2008 and has competed in over 10 competitions in many different organizations including NPC, INBF, USBF, and Fitness Atlantic.


Shannon competed in her first NPC Bikini competition in 2009 and placed 2nd. She also competes in 5k races as well as triathlons. 

 
Laura made her bikini debut at the NPC Suburban on April 10, 2010 placing 4th and ran her very first 5k race two weeks after that.


Joanne placed 5th at the 2010 NPC Suburban in Masters Figure after her
12 week transformation. Her next fitness goal is to run in a 5k race.


Karen competed at the 2010 OCB Beyond Nutrition Natural in Figure and placed 5th. Her next competition will be the NPC Jason Arntz Muscle Beach competition on August 7, 2010.

Linda has competed in both the NPC Atlantic States and the INBF Natural Connecticut where she placed 2nd in both shows! She will be competing at the NPC Empire States on July 24, 2010.
